Mark Berman, M.D., F.A.C.S
Dr. Berman practices cosmetic surgery in the West Los Angeles area and is the immediate past president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Although he graduated from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), he is currently a clinical instructor in facial plastic surgery at the University of Southern California. Dr. Berman is well known for his work with fat grafting, particularly to restore the three-dimensional volume of the aging face. He is also the first surgeon to use Gore-Tex materials in cosmetic surgery, not only pioneering their use in facial surgery, but he also holds a patent on an e-PTFE breast implant device the Pocket Protector® used to repair or prevent capsule contracture in breast augmentation. Dr. Berman has authored a novel titled Substance of Abuse which is a controversial sexy thriller that suggests a solution to the war on drugs. |

Angelo Cuzalina, M.D., D.D.S.
Dr. Cuzalina was elected as the president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery for 2011. He began his post-graduate education at Oklahoma State University (Stilwater, Okla.), graduating with a degree in physiology and went on to obtain a medical degree from the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa, Ala.) and a dental degree from Baylor University (Waco, Texas). Dr. Cuzalina completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency followed by a full body cosmetic surgery fellowship where his mentors were former presidents of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and he is board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery as well as the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has been in private practice, exclusive to cosmetic surgery, in Tulsa, Oklahoma since 1998 where he runs an AAAHC accredited surgery center with full time anesthesia and nursing staff along with overnight courtesy guest suites. Dr. Cuzalina hosts and is program chairman for several AACS and ACCME accredited live cosmetic surgery workshops every year and is the chairman and program director for an AACS Accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship Program in full body and facial cosmetic surgery.
As an author, Dr. Cuzalina has written key articles and book chapters in major medical publications on a variety of cosmetic surgery topics to include facial, breast and body procedures. He is routinely asked to lecture across the United States and internationally and has given well over 100 lectures across the globe relating to cosmetic surgery topics. |

Michael H. Gold, M.D.
Dr. Gold is the founder of Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, The Laser and Rejuvenation Center and Tennessee Clinical Research Center located in Nashville, Tenn. He is clinical assistant professor at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and School of Nursing (Nashville, Tenn.), visiting professor of dermatology for Huashan Hospital, Fudan University (Shanghai, China 11/2006) and visiting professor of dermatology at No. One Hospital of China Medical University (Shenyang, China 11/2008). Dr. Gold is a board certified dermatologist / dermasurgeon who oversees the various facets of the Center’s operations, a combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services and research endeavors. He is a member of various editorial boards, works as an associate editor with the majority of dermatology journals and is the author of over 300 published scientific articles, fifteen textbook chapters and editor of two textbooks on Photodynamic Therapy and Global PDT.
Dr. Gold is an active member of many of the leading dermatology and laser specialty societies and is the president of the Tennessee Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and treasurer of the American Society of Photodynamic Therapy. |

Miles Graivier, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Graivier of North Atlanta Plastic Surgery (Roswell, Ga.) is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Graivier has authored numerous scientific papers on dermal fillers as well as other subjects. He also pioneered the use of wire subcision as a tool to correct lines, folds and scars. Warren Tracy Hankins, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Hankins has been practicing in Las Vegas, Nev. since 2004, and is chief of plastic surgery at Sunrise Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Hankins completed his medical training at Indiana University (Bloomington, Ind.) and his undergraduate training at Davidson College (Davidson, N.C.). He received broad training at the Grand Rapids program, where he worked closely with a premier breast surgeon. Joseph Niamtu, III, D.M.D.
Dr. Niamtu is well known in international cosmetic facial surgery circles as a surgeon, teacher and author and is regarded as a key opinion leader by academics and clinicians worldwide. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and his practice is limited to cosmetic facial surgery.

Andrew P. Ordon, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Ordon is a host of the Emmy award-winning talk show THE Doctors. Dr. Ordon is an acclaimed aesthetic plastic and reconstructive surgeon with private practices in New York City, N.Y., Beverly Hills and Rancho Mirage, Calif. Dr. Ordon is currently an assistant clinical professor of plastic surgery at Dartmouth Medical College and the UCLA School of Medicine. He is a Diplomate with the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery, the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners. Jorge A. Perez, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Perez is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. He has served as chief of plastic surgery at North Ridge Medical Center (Oakland Park, Fla.) and Imperial Point Medical Center (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.). Dr. Perez graduated from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (New York, N.Y.) and completed residency training in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery at The Montefiore Hospital. Alexander Z. Rivkin, M.D.

E. Victor Ross, M.D.
Dr. Ross is the director of the Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology Center at Scripps Clinic in San Diego, Calif. He serves as associate editor of Lasers in Surgery and Medicine and as a board member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Ross attended Mississippi State University (Mississippi State, Miss.) where he graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in physics. He obtained his medical degree from the Tulane University School of Medicine (New Orleans, La.) where he was a junior year inductee into Alpha Omega Alpha. In 1992 he completed a three-year dermatology residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md. In 1994 he was the first Navy-sponsored fellow in Photomedicine and Lasers at Massachusetts General Hospital. His special interests are laser skin resurfacing, fractional laser applications, photodynamic therapy, non-ablative skin remodeling, laser treatment of leg veins, laser treatment of acne and laser hair reduction in darker skin types. He is the author of over 75 articles and seven book chapters.

Woffles Wu, M.B.B.S., F.R.C.S., F.A.M.S.
Dr. Wu is a consultant aesthetic and plastic surgeon, and medical director of Woffles Wu Aesthetic Surgery and Laser Centre in Singapore. Dr. Wu graduated from the National University of Singapore (Singapore) in 1984 and qualified as a surgeon with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, U.K., in 1989.
