EXHIBITOR BADGES
Exhibitors will receive an e-mail in early January with instructions on how to complete badge registrations online. This e-mail will contain a link to the exhibitor registration page along with personalized login information including user ID and password. All additions and changes to exhibitor personnel will be made online and the allotted number of badges for each company will be reflected on each company's customized page as well as an opportunity to purchase additional badges for company personnel. The deadline for badge registration or personnel changes is April 6, 2012.

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK
THE Aesthetic Show has reserved a block of rooms at ARIA Resort and Casino at a special discounted rate. Rooms are limited in number at these rates so we highly recommend that you reserve your rooms early to ensure availability.
All rooms reserved within our block will also have a discounted resort fee of $10 per day , which will provide the following benefits:
